Vivian Hsu-Sinclair

Bachelor of Business - International Hotel Management. I was a very quiet child growing up and really wanted to get out of my comfort zone. Hospitality seemed like the answer! I was working part-time at Hilton throughout my 3 year full-time study. I think my biggest achievement is that I became a manager at the age of 23. I also pre-opened hotels and restaurants!

I've been in the hotel industry from the age of 19 to 25. I've been in hotel operations departments and business development departments. During COVID, I wanted a break to enjoy life cause hospitality was all I knew. Traci offered me an administrative position, which I quickly fell in love with and wanted to learn more about. This was a field I wanted to explore deeper because I am a migrant myself. With my understanding of migration, I can manage and grow this company with Traci.

I am obsessed with dogs and own two rescue dogs myself! Passionate about volunteering at the animal shelter on my days off.
