Richard Santos

I completed a Bachelor's in Customs Administration. During my first year (second semester) I was awarded a dean's lister.

Customs Processor 2014 - 2015. After I graduated college, I worked in a brokerage firm for 7 months.

After that I started as a Customer Service Associate (CSA) and shortly after a year, became CSA level III, promoted as a Subject Matter Expert and after being regularised, promoted as Quality Assurance Officer 2019-2021.

Now I work as a receptionist at Maison Chen Law Group and find joy in my part in helping clients with their Australian dream

Outside work, I have a few passions that help me unwind and relax. One of my main passions is Photography. I love capturing beautiful moments and exploring different perspectives through my camera lens. Spending time in nature, whether it's at the beach, in the mountains, or in a park, allows me to connect with the world around me and find inspiration for my photography. I also enjoy practising meditation. Whether inside my room or a peaceful meditation on the shore. It helps me find inner peace and reduce stress. Lastly, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family. Whether it's a drinking session, a barbecue party or playing beach volleyball. Engaging in activities with loved ones brings me joy and fulfilment. These moments allow me to create lasting memories and strengthen the bonds I have with the important people in my life. Overall, my passions outside work mainly revolve around photography and spending quality time with loved ones, all of which can be enhanced and enjoyed even more when combined with the serene atmosphere of the beach.
