Omy Ann Santos
Legal Assistant
EDUCATION
My educational background includes graduating from Holy Angel University in the class of 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Human Resources Development Management. Throughout my studies, I focused on developing skills related to managing human resources within organizations. The decision to pursue this field was influenced by my interest in understanding how to optimize human capital and foster employee development. As for milestones and achievements, I successfully completed my degree program and gained knowledge in various HR-related topics.
For my future, I am planning to take a Master's in Public Administration. This is the other way to broaden my knowledge and skills in understanding administrative reforms and effective governance.
PROFESSIONAL LIFE
After I graduated from college, I was hired at GLC Synergy Solutions as a Human Resources Generalist. Afterwards, I was employed at Aviation Hub Asia as Human Resource Officer handling different branches from the Philippines. When the pandemic started, I realised I needed to shift my career over to something that I could make a positive impact while learning new things.
I then took on the role of a legal assistant at Maison Chen law Group.
Hobbies
During my free time, I am helping my parents with our business. I read different law books such as the Labor Code, Obligations and Contracts, and The Law on Partnership and Corporation, as I didn't want to lose my knowledge of my profession before. These are the things that are part of my so-called relaxation.
