Maricris Macabanti

I graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management in 2021. During my bachelor's, I joined several student organisations where I began taking on roles that allowed me to hone skills beyond the confines of the classroom - most of which have helped me be the individual that I am today.

I have been working in the legal sector most of my career, though uncommon in my family. I deem myself an organised person because I like planning ahead and having a system in place, which is something I find very useful in the field. Nevertheless, I find that I am also fond of taking on challenges that help me step out of my comfort zone.

Some days I like to go out, take a walk in the park, and watch the sunset. On other days, I would stay in and binge-watch TV shows with my family.

I find that the work we do in the firm has so much positive impact on people whose lives we touch, and being a part of an organisation that makes this happen is such an amazing privilege. Even more so, working at Maison Chen allows me to push my limits as I work with such passionate and intelligent individuals.
