EDUCATION
I have a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from University of Southern Queensland, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology and Masters of Migration Law and Practice (Honours) from Griffith University
PROFESSIONAL LIFE
I specialise in complex migration matters including Administrative Appeals Tribunal applications for visa refusals and visa cancellations, complex partner visas including schedule 3, character and family violence, citizenship applications, resident return visas, corporate/employer sponsored visas and general skilled migration visas.
I have solely worked in migration law for the past 8 years following an internship at a migration law firm during the completion of my final year at law school. I loved meeting people from all different backgrounds and walks of life and became interested by the compelling stories behind their migration journey to Australia and do not see myself working in any other sector of law. Australian migration law is quite complex and always changing and I love being able to provide assistance for people to migrate to Australia and achieve their great Australian dream.
I have worked in all manners of corporate services for our employer-sponsored clients, including hospitality clients, marketing, engineering, trade occupations, ICT and medical professions.
Hobbies
I love exploring and travelling to new places and spending time with family and friends.
I am a foodie and love discovering new restaurants and cafes. If you have any recommendations for somewhere I should go next, let me know!

What Motivates you?
The biggest motivator for me is assisting people achieve their great Australian dream. I love hearing about peoples stories of why they want to move to Australia and I want to help them achieve their goals. I also love to discover pathways for clients which are a bit 'outside the box' which others may not have thought of to ensure that the individual can migrate to Australia. Ultimately, being able to share the migration journey with many different people from all walks of life is what I like most, and what motivates me.
I am someone who is very knowledge thirsty and the work of an immigration lawyer is never dull as the migration system is constantly changing and there is always something new and exciting to learn, particularly with providing guidance to our clients in complex matters and different migration pathways.
