  • EDUCATION

I completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2023 and  a Bachelor of Laws - Graduate Honors, a Master of Laws at San Sebastian Recoletos in the Philippines, a
Bachelor of Laws (now Juris Doctor) at San Beda University in the Philippines which I completed in 2013.
Prior to that I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Major in Speech Communication, Minor in Broadcast Communication in 2009 with Latin Honors (Cum Laude)

Becoming a lawyer is a childhood dream - and I have since told myself that I will do whatever it takes to become one. I studied Communication to enhance my communication skills and prepare myself for litigation. Pursuing law in the Philippines is already a milestone and when I passed the Bar Examinations - this was one of my proudest moments. Then my admission to VIC followed - I am living my once childhood dream.

  • PROFESSIONAL LIFE

I started off as a Legal Researcher before moving on to becoming a solicitor and now a Law Professor at Tarlac State University and Legal consultant for E-konsulta Medical Services, Philippines

When I moved to Australia I started off as a paralegal at Maison Chen Law Group, Australia before being promoted to a Migration Lawyer.

I have since pursued the field of law because it is what I am passionate about. I am also teaching because I believe it is my way of paying forward as I get to hone young minds and help them achieve their dreams of becoming lawyers - the dream I once had and now have achieved. I consider my work experience in the Office of the Solicitor General regal because I got the chance to handle significant cases. And my MCLG career has been life-changing because I am learning every day.

  • Hobbies

I love dancing, cooking, biking, binge-watching, and playing with my kids.
I finished watching the following series - Grey's Anatomy, Young Sheldon, Desperate Housewives, Manifest, Glee, Suits, etc.
I am a mix of intro and extrovert. Sometimes, I wake up and I just want to stay home all day cuddling the bed. But I also have days when I want to go out, drive anywhere and just breathe. I love spas and massages. I am an impulsive shopper - it is therapeutic for me when I shop!

  • What Motivates you?

I always look at my work as an opportunity to pay forward. I see every day as a blessing to be able to lend a hand to every person in need of my assistance/service. My mother has always taught me to work with the best version of myself because not everyone gets the same opportunities I get.
