I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in 2012. My fascination with technology ignited my interest in this field, leading me to concentrate on software development throughout my studies. A highlight of my academic journey was representing my country in the CISCO Networking Challenge in 2011, where I was honoured with a bronze medal. This pursuit of understanding the underlying logic of technology, rather than just accepting things at face value, has defined my approach to learning. I always strive to uncover the logic behind things and the methods by which they are achieved. This degree not only shaped my career but also fostered a lifelong curiosity about how things work. If given the chance, I might have also studied Psychology, as I am equally fascinated by human behaviour and the complexity of the mind.

I began my professional career as a Subject Matter Expert in October 2011, working there for almost two years. My interest in organisational efficiency and personnel development led me to a role in Workforce Management, where I worked for nearly four years.

My dedication to nurturing talent became my career's cornerstone as I transitioned to Learning Development Officer, a position I held for almost three years. This role allowed me to leverage my skills in developing educational strategies and overseeing training programs.

In 2020, I expanded my leadership responsibilities as the Leadership Development Manager and later as the Head of Learning and Development at an accounting firm.

Throughout my career, spanning over a decade, I've continually sought roles that allow me to engage with people and systems, improving efficiency, fostering development, and contributing to business growth. My varied experience across these roles has provided me with a broad skill set, including leadership, strategic planning, and client relations, which I have applied to achieve measurable results.

Outside of my professional life, I have a diverse array of hobbies that help me unwind and keep my mind engaged. I have a passion for driving, whether it's taking scenic routes on the weekends or exploring new roads. There's something about the open road and the sense of freedom it brings that I find truly exhilarating.
