Legal Assistant
EDUCATION
In June 2022, I successfully completed my Criminology degree with honors. Just half a year after graduating, I took and aced the board exam for criminologists. At present, I am diligently saving up funds to pursue a Juris Doctor degree.
PROFESSIONAL LIFE
Having worked as a remote Legal Assistant in a US-based law firm, I am confident that this opportunity not only enhances my skills but also harmonizes perfectly with my career trajectory as a registered criminologist. Presently, I derive immense satisfaction from my role as a Legal Assistant at Maison Chen Law Group, as I'm equipped with the essential skills for my personal and professional growth.
Hobbies
Beyond my professional commitments, I indulge in hobbies such as collecting and reading history books. Delving into the histories of various countries brings me great joy, and I relish the opportunity to continuously expand my knowledge in this domain.

What Motivates you?
Witnessing the struggles and aspirations of those seeking to build a new life in a different country fuels my determination to provide unwavering support and guidance throughout the entire journey. Knowing that my role can potentially reunite families, offer protection to refugees, or provide opportunities for a better future fills me with a sense of purpose and fulfilment.
Being part of a team that advocates for the rights and well-being of immigrants and refugees inspires me to approach each case with empathy, diligence, and a deep sense of responsibility.
Ultimately, my motivation lies in knowing that my efforts can make a significant difference, not only in the lives of my clients but also in contributing to the richness and diversity of the society we all share. Making a meaningful impact as a migration legal assistant is not just a job; it's a profound commitment to upholding human rights, fostering inclusivity, and empowering individuals to forge a brighter future for themselves and their loved ones.
